Hi fellow HR Pros! As covid infection declines, more and more companies are preferring to go back to face-to-face training. At the height of covid, I thought this is going to be a thing of the past. but now, people are reporting they are tired of it and wants more face-to-face sessions. What do you think is the reason? Do you think that the online sessions failed in a way? Please share your thoughts.

As a trainer, I would really prefer F2F learning sessions because it's easier to adjust based on the non-verbals of the participants.  However, with online learning, I am able to train different countries at the same time without huge costs to the company.  I just ensure that there are more breakout sessions than just lectures.

@pearl How do you handle distractions and multi-tasking? I often encounter problems like this.
